AlbaBabY: a charming style for playful kids
The fashion brand AlbaBabY is a project of a Danish mother, inspired by the fun-loving children‘s wear of her own childhood. In her living-room, she sewed the first romper suits and sweet dresses for her daughters that pleasantly stood out from the crowd. The great demand from her circle of friends determined Majken to found a her own little fashion company in 2010. Ina the same year already, AlbaBabY got on the cover of the Spanish „Vogue“!
Today the gorgeously colourful clothes of AlbaBabY can be bought all around the World: The cuts, patterns and colours of the 70s are still inspiring both adults and children. Big buttons with strong colours, bold colour combinations and velvety Nicki fabrics in a funky retro style are the main characteristics of AlbaBabY fashion. AlbaBabY delivers jumpsuits in bright colours, hoodies with large-scale patterns, sweet dresses, cool baggy pants and much more. Strong contrasts in cheerful colours are dominating the visual impression. Dresses in straight cuts with bright-coloured applications, are reminding of old times, but still stay very modern. Cardigans and cuffs look as if they were recently made by a busy grandma - instead they are designed by a lively fashion company with verve!
